At Stitch Spring, we want you to love every piece you wear, which is why we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn apparel. If your new style isn't the perfect fit, we are here to help you find an alternative or provide a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all Stitch Spring tags attached to ensure the product remains in mint condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
